Globalization basically is the name of individuals governments companies n countries connected with another and affect one another to build strong and firm alliances among countries to get mutual benefits from one another.
When we say globalization and the things which come to our mind are alliances, Influence, dependence, brotherhood, brotherliness, and many other good things
But with a bigger picture, it seems like more than just good people hanging together to work together and support each other in times of need ETC.
The other names of globalization that people usually Ignore are oppression, Unemployment, Exploitation, Job danger, Exploiting Labor, poor working conditions, Tax Theft, Etc
No doubt with the help of globalization employers have access more a large number of laborers around the world if someone needs cheap labor they can hire someone else from any other country
If there is a need for the knowledgeable worker for developing countries they can import some knowledgeable workers
Access to jobs outsourced by wealthier nations for workers, down point is their work can significantly contribute to the local army
Access to resources a country can offer which could possibly be a need of another country
Global corporations, foreign Investments, Global corporations, and many other countries. It comes with more competitions workers can lose jobs against workers with low-cost wages
Globalization is more of a win-win situation for the wealthy nations and wins loss situation for developing nations
