Business Initials and its roots

Apparently, the roots and initials of businesses are considered the fundamentals pillars upon which the business or the organization is built, and the business cycle goes on around it.

it's a fact if you want to be surely successful in the business you got to Do it in the right way !!

 can we call it business Moral or ethics! sure we do but does it all about business Moral and ethics? NO

A business life cycle also goes through 5 stages which are development, startup, growth, Expansion & Maturity 

The development stage is when your idea is just a theory at the beginning of the business life cycle at this point you got to conduct the market analysis as the initial stage necessarily required a round of testing.

The startup Stage revolves around the thought that your business idea has such worth so you can pursue it. this stage is truly the beginning we can say that technically it's the first stage of the business life cycle. 

You already have developed the products or services your business has to offer and will begin the process of marketing and then selling. the RESPONSE of the customers will define as initial feedback from the customers, 

The demand for your product or services will help you in adjusting your business model to ensure that you are getting a profit and meet the customer expectation

In the growth or survival stage business is running either you are getting profit or loss. THE recurring revenue will help you cover up the expenses and opens the door toward new premises but here at this point you got to face the competition here comes a refinement of the business model 

Expansion stage the rapid expansion will take advantage of refinement of the business model to capitalize on the success of your business, larger market share will be needed more market share new ways of revenue is necessary at this stage

At the maturity stage leading the market to more market share, it’s time to try revitalization or go for an exit strategy the growth will be much less than felted before at the expansion or growth stage.
